www.mongoliatransfers.com(referred as the Company) undertakes to transfer Client (the person booking and paying for the service) for the period of service, under the following terms and conditions.
Payment introduction:
In case you agreed, payment sheet will appear and can be make payment.
Payment transactions on the Mongoliatransfers.com website are encrypted by a secure payment system endorsed by Trade And Development Bank - the leading bank in Mongolia. Your transfer payment will be charged full amount. This technically secure environment ensures that credit card details are securely transacted to the financial institutions required to process payment instructions from the customer.
This kind of online transfer payment system is property of Solid Ways LLC. Our payment system currently accepts the following payment methods

- Master Card
Payment may be either;
• Cash in full settlement to the driver on completion of the job.
• Online with VISA card, MasterCard using our secure payment system.
• Bank wire transfer
• Western Union
You can change your booking only 2 times. You may cancel or modify your booking at least 5 days prior to your arrival date sending us email
Cancellation Procedure:
If you cancel your reservation prior to your arrival date, you may be charged a cancellation charge. Transfer charge, which is already charged from your credit card upon booking. You can find the cancellation charges within 7 days.
1. 7-4 days to arrival date 30% charge of total transfer fee.
2. 3-1 days to arrival date 50% charge of total transfer fee transfer fee.
3. On the arrival day or No show 100% charge of total transfer fee.
Modification procedure:
If you change your vehicle type, there will be difference between current and new transfer price. Web site will calculate and show you this amount difference automatically and then you need to pay this money by online. If your new transfer fee is more amount than first transfer, mongoliatransfers.com will take only a rest of money from your credit card. Otherwise, if your new transfer fee is fewer amounts than first transfer, we will refund the rest of money within 7 days as soon as possible to your credit card. Then you will receive your new confirmation letter by e-mail. Reservations made via www.mongoliatransfers.com may be cancelled by either party with no penalty whatsoever in the event of force majeure, such as, without restriction, war, revolution, acts of terrorism, closure of borders, epidemics, catastrophes which may affect the various destinations and, specifically, transfer route.
