A: All you have to do is visit our website and complete the booking steps. Our website is on full online system.

Q:  Who are The Mongolia transfers?

A: We are the specialist private transfer company, and we provide travelers with a vehicle and a driver transport the costumers.

Q: How long have you been providing a private transfer service?

A: Our management team between them has over 3 years of experience in passenger logistics.  Our aim to provide a service that is the best.  Our drivers are licensed and approved by MRPD (Mongolia Road Police Department)

Q: Which airports do you service?

A: The majority airport of Mongolian Chingis Khan Airport, there you will meet your drivers. 

Q: How can I pay for this service?

A: Our payment system currently accepts the following payment methods Visa, Master Card,

Q: Can I pay in cash

A: Yes you can, when you arrive in airport or station our driver will lifted your name.  After that, you can pay your bill.

Q: What if my flight or train is delayed?  Will I be charge extra?

A: We monitor flight or train arrivals before any driver dispatched, as a result, we do NOT charge you any extra if your flight or train is delayed.

Q:  How do I meet my driver at the airport?

A:All Passengers receive a "meet and greet" service and can expect to see their driver with a name board waiting in the Arrivals Hall.  If you cannot locate your driver, please call our phone number 976 – 70170299 and we will get in touch with the driver for you.

Q:Will I be sharing my car with anyone else?
A: No, this is a private booked transfer only for you

Q: Can I cancel my booking?
A: Yes, you can cancel your booking in advance.  7- 4 days to arrival date 30% charge of total transfer fee.  3 - 1 days to arrival date 50% charge of total transfer fee.  On the arrival day or No, show 100% charge of total transfer fee.

Q:Can I change reservation?
A: You can change or cancel your reservation at any time before the transfer. You can change your booking only 2 times.  You may cancel or modify your booking at least 5 days prior to your arrival date sending us email.  Please read our
terms and conditions.
